Dine has been a resident of Bath for the past twenty-five years. She has been a councillor in Southdown for the past sixteen years, and in that time has tackled many issues, such as facilitating better communication between universities and the council, trying to fix a lack of parking, and promoting better public transport. With her list of accomplishments, she was an easy choice for becoming group leader, and has held this title for the past four years. Dine is an active member of the community, and enjoys spending time with her three children.
