Sarah Moore is a lifelong resident of Bath, and has called Twerton and Whiteway home for more than twenty years. An active member of the community, Sarah has been involved in numerous campaigns, such as trying to prevent school closures, securing funding to get Kelston View resurfaced, and campaigning for more pedestrian crossings. Sarah’s work is primarily focused on the environment and better road safety--she is the co-founder of Twerton and Whiteway Wombles Litter Pick Group, set up the Community Speedwatch Group, and has presented several petitions to the council regarding road safety. Sarah is also the Chair of Twerton Residents Action Group. Now elected, Sarah will focus her efforts in education and housing, ensuring that every child is given fair, equal access to a well-funded education, and to demand more family homes for local residents. Her hobbies include knitting, which she does in order to raise money for local charities and provide reading aids to local schools and nurseries. Sarah is married, with two children, and works as a Finance Manager for a computer software company for over thirty years.
